Purpose:

Execution: From a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart, sit a low as you can with your arms inside your knees. In one explosive movement, jump as high as you can, using your hands for momentum. Absorb the impact when you land as best you can and lower yourself slowly to the start position before jumping up for another repetition.
