Directions

  1. Blend onion and mix into ground beef
  2. Season ground beef with paprika, basil, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and salt
  3. Place meat in pan and turn stove to medium heat
  4. Mix frequently and cook until brown throughout (~8-10min)
  5. Turn stove temperatue to low, add cauliflower, kale and peppers to pan, and allow to cook for additional 5min
